Terms & Conditions


These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“Passenger”, “you”, “your”) and Yasir Transport Company (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) for pick & drop, company booking, airport, wedding, picnic/party, Pakistan tour, and related transportation services across Karachi and other serviceable locations.

1) Definitions

  • Booking: A confirmed reservation for transportation made via call, WhatsApp, website form, or email.
  • Service: Any transportation or support service we provide, including 24/7 car support.
  • Fleet: Company-owned or contracted vehicles driven by professional drivers.

2) Bookings & Confirmation

  • Bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability. A booking is confirmed only when you receive our confirmation message or voucher.
  • Please provide accurate pickup location, destination(s), date/time, passenger count, luggage details, and any special requests (e.g., child seat).
  • We may verify your identity or request advance payment for certain services (e.g., weddings, tours, peak hours).

3) Payments & Pricing

  • Fares may vary by route, time, traffic, tolls, parking, waiting time, vehicle class, and demand (surge pricing may apply).
  • Quoted prices exclude government taxes, tolls, and parking unless explicitly stated.
  • Accepted methods: cash, bank transfer, and other methods notified by us from time to time.
  • For hourly/charter hires, the minimum billable duration will be stated at booking.

4) Cancellations & Refunds

  • Passenger-initiated: Free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup for standard bookings; within 2 hours may incur up to 50% of the fare. Weddings/tours/corporate: free up to 48 hours, then up to 100% charge.
  • No-show: If the passenger is unreachable or not present within the grace period (see Waiting Time), full fare or minimum charge may apply.
  • Refunds (if any) are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after approval.

5) Waiting Time, Grace & Overtime

  • Grace Period: 10 minutes for standard pickups; 30 minutes for airport pickups after flight arrival time (if flight number provided).
  • After grace, waiting time is chargeable in 15-minute increments at the prevailing rate.
  • Hourly/charter hires that exceed the booked duration will be billed as overtime.

6) Passenger Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate details and timely availability at pickup. Keep your phone reachable.
  • Comply with driver instructions and applicable laws. Seat belts are mandatory where fitted.
  • No illegal items, hazardous materials, open alcohol containers, smoking, or vaping in the vehicle.
  • Any damage or excessive cleaning caused by the passenger will be chargeable.

7) Luggage, Pets & Child Seats

  • Luggage must fit safely without obstructing visibility or seat use. Oversized/extra luggage should be disclosed at booking.
  • Pets are allowed only if disclosed and approved in advance; carriers may be required. Cleaning fees may apply.
  • Child seats are available on prior request where possible; responsibility for correct fitting and child safety remains with the guardian.

8) Safety, Conduct & Routes

  • Drivers may refuse service if a passenger poses a safety risk or violates these Terms; charges may still apply.
  • Routes are determined by the driver considering safety, traffic, and local regulations. Specific route requests are honored when feasible.
  • Tolls and parking charges (if any) are payable by the passenger unless included in the quote.

9) Delays, Force Majeure & Liability

  • We strive for punctuality but are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, road closures, law-enforcement activity, accidents, breakdowns, or events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Our liability is limited to direct losses up to the amount paid for the affected booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., missed flights/meetings).
  • We may substitute a vehicle of similar or higher class when required.

10) Lost & Found

  • Please check your belongings before leaving the vehicle. If you believe you left an item, contact us promptly with booking details.
  • We are not responsible for items left behind but will make reasonable efforts to assist recovery.

11) Corporate Accounts & Invoicing

  • Corporate bookings may require a signed service agreement, approved credit, and designated points of contact.
  • Invoices are due as per agreed payment terms; late payments may incur fees and/or suspension of service.

12) Airport Pickups & Flight Tracking

  • Provide the flight number for arrival monitoring. If not provided, standard waiting rules apply from the scheduled pickup time.
  • Terminal parking and meet-and-greet services may carry additional charges.

13) Pakistan Tours, Weddings, Picnics & Events

  • Itineraries are subject to road and safety conditions. Sequence or timing may change without notice for safety or regulatory reasons.
  • Permits, entry tickets, and venue fees (if any) are the passenger’s responsibility unless expressly included.

14) Privacy & Communications

  • We collect only the data necessary to manage bookings and provide service (e.g., name, contact, pickup details).
  • We may contact you via call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email regarding your booking and service quality.

15) Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the Province of Sindh.
  • Courts in Karachi shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer laws.
  • We encourage amicable resolution through our support team before formal proceedings.

16) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website and will apply to new and existing bookings after the effective date.
